How can I cancel my order?

You have a two-hour window to cancel your order. Feel free to mail us at support@pinenlime.com along with your order id, and our team will help you with that.
We understand how special this is for you, so our team is determined to ship your order swiftly. All orders are sent for printing/making after 2 hours of placing the order, so we only accept cancellations before two hours.
After cancellation, the refund usually takes 7 to 12 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays) to reflect in your account. The refund amount will be credited to the source account only.
