Please understand we do not make or edit these orders manually. A printing error is not the same as a grammatical error. Once you create your order, we simply print them and do not alter/change/edit the contents of the customised orders created by you on the website. We also give previews on each step of the process for cross-checking. In this case, we shall not be able to issue a refund.
